Terms of Service: World Cup Digital Fan Pack

1. Digital Product Delivery

By purchasing the Digital Fan Pack, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a 100% digital product. No physical items will be shipped to your address. Your download link will be delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout once payment is confirmed.

2. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • You may print copies for your own household or personal use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share these digital files.

  • Commercial use, including the sale of printed versions of these files, is strictly prohibited.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been accessed or delivered. By completing your purchase, you waive your right to a "cooling-off" period, as the service is considered fulfilled upon delivery of the digital download link.

4. Download Limits & Storage

To protect our digital content, each purchase is limited to 5 downloads.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to save the files directly to their device (Smartphone, Tablet, or PC) or cloud storage (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.) immediately upon download.

  • Once the 5-download limit is reached, the link will expire.

5. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software to access the files, such as a PDF reader or a modern web browser for the interactive HTML file. While we provide setup guides for iOS and Android, we are not liable for individual device compatibility or hardware issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, interactive elements, and layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of WC Football Store. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this pack will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

7. Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update the Fan Pack files to reflect tournament changes (such as scores or schedule updates). Customers will be notified of significant updates via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
